We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Calling Executive for our Ayurvedic hospital in Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting patients with queries, and ensuring a smooth communication experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Provide information about Ayurvedic treatments and services
- Schedule appointments and follow-ups
- Maintain records of calls and patient interactions
