- 1. Safe DrivingEnsure safe and responsible driving at all times
- Follow traffic rules and regulations strictly
- Avoid rash driving and ensure passenger safety
- 2. Punctuality & Time ManagementReport on time as per schedule
- Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off
- Plan routes efficiently to avoid delays
- 3. Vehicle MaintenanceKeep the vehicle clean (interior & exterior)
- Conduct regular checks (fuel, oil, tire pressure, etc.)
- Ensure timely servicing and report any issues immediately
- 4. Professional BehaviorMaintain polite and respectful behavior with employer and guests
- Ensure confidentiality of personal and professional matters
- Dress neatly and maintain personal hygiene
- 5. Route Knowledge & NavigationHave good knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns
- Use GPS/navigation tools when required
- Choose the safest and fastest routes
- 6. Documentation & Compliance Maintain valid driving license and necessary documents
- Ensure vehicle documents (insurance, RC, PUC) are updated
- Follow all legal and company compliance requirements
- 7. Emergency HandlingBe prepared to handle emergency situations calmly
- Have basic knowledge of first aid
- Take appropriate action in case of breakdown or accidents.
