• Guide and enroll candidates into our career-focused Interview Mastery and Banking courses
• Identify and engage new leads through calls and structured follow-ups
• Present programs confidently, handle objections, and close enrollments
• Build and maintain strong, long-term candidate relationships

💰 Compensation

• Fixed Salary + High Performance-Based Incentives

📈 Work Schedule

• Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Weekly Off: Sunday

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Prior experience in Career Counseling, Admissions, EdTech Sales, or Telesales is mandatory
