Job Description
- Strong knowledge of installation/ configuration CCTV systems (Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, etc.)
- Install CCTV cameras (analog, HD, IP, wireless) at customer sites
- Set up remote viewing on mobile phones, tablets, and PCs
- Diagnose and repair camera, power, network, or recording issues
- Plan camera placement for optimal coverage and security
- Understanding of networking basics (IP addressing, PoE, routers)
- Wiring layout
- Basic electrical and power supply knowledge
- DVR/NVR, IP cameras, PoE switches
- LAN testers, crimping tools, multimeter
- Mobile and PC-based CCTV monitoring software
- On-site installations (indoor & outdoor)
- Diagnose and repair camera, power, network, or recording issues
- Configure DVR/NVR systems, storage, and recording schedules
