CCTV Technician

Job Summary

• We are a fast-paced, learning-focused, and collaborative live monitoring company seeking a skilled CCTV Cameras Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of CCTV camera systems at various client locations. The role involves both office-based tasks and extensive on-site fieldwork across Delhi, Punjab, and Uttar Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and related security systems at client locations.
• Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of installed systems.
• Ensure timely response to service calls and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Inspect system wiring and components for faults and implement corrective actions.
• Document work completed at client sites, including installation and maintenance logs.
• Coordinate with internal teams for equipment dispatch, scheduling, and reporting issues.
• Educate clients on the use of installed systems and provide basic technical support.
• Adhere to safety standards and company protocols while working on-site.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Strong understanding of CCTV systems, wiring, and hardware configuration.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and installation layouts.
• Basic computer knowledge for system configuration and remote access setup.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and willing to travel extensively for fieldwork.
