Center Manager

We are looking for an experienced, result-oriented Center Manager to lead our premium Wellness & Aesthetic Clinic. The ideal candidate should have strong operational, sales, and people-management skills with deep industry knowledge in skin, hair, laser, and aesthetic treatments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day clinic operations ensuring smooth functioning of the center

• Handle sales, revenue targets, and monthly growth plans

• Lead and motivate the front desk, therapists, doctors coordination & support staff

• Counsel clients for skin, hair, laser, and wellness treatments and close sales

• Ensure high conversion ratio, follow-ups, and repeat business

• Maintain excellent client experience and service quality standards

• Monitor leads, walk-ins, appointments, and CRM follow-ups

• Ensure SOP compliance, hygiene, and clinic protocols

• Coordinate with marketing team for offers, campaigns, and local promotions

• Handle inventory, consumables, machines, and vendor coordination

• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Center Manager / Clinic Manager / Sales Manager in Wellness / Aesthetic / Skin–Hair / Laser Clinics

• Deep knowledge of:

• Skin treatments

• Hair treatments

• Laser procedures

• Aesthetic & wellness services

• Strong sales orientation with proven target achievement

• Excellent communication, counselling & negotiation skills

• Ability to manage team performance, discipline & training

• Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills

• Good knowledge of CRM, MIS, and basic reporting
