Job Title: Chaat Chef

Experience Required: Minimum 1–2 years in chaat

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve different types of chaat (Gol Gappa, Papdi Chaat, Aloo Tikki, Dahi Bhalla, Chaat Papri, Chole Bhature, Pav Bhaji, Malai Chaap.)
• Maintain taste consistency and food quality.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene at the workstation.
• Handle raw materials and food ingredients properly.
• Manage food preparation within time limits.
• Follow safety and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with team members during rush hours.

Required Skills & Qualities:

• Good experience in Indian street food / chaat preparation
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety
• Ability to work under pressure
• Honest, punctual, and hardworking
• Willing to follow instructions
