Chartered Accountant

V N Purohit & Co., Chartered Accountants (New Delhi), seeks a 1 Qualified CA and 1 Semi Qualified Assistant with 3+ years’ Audit & Assurance experience, practical Ind AS knowledge, and listed company audit exposure, with proven ability to lead an 8–10 member team while executing audits end-to-end, managing documentation, and delivering quality outputs across multiple concurrent assignments.​

Role summary

• Lead statutory audits for listed and other entities, oversee planning, fieldwork, and closure, and ensure high-quality working papers and audit documentation aligned with standards.​
• Manage and mentor a team of 8–10, allocate work, review deliverables, and drive timelines across simultaneous client engagements.​
• Coordinate with client management and those charged with governance to resolve audit issues and finalize reports efficiently.​

Technical requirements

• Good command of Ind-AS and financial reporting to be able to carry the audit of listed entities, including disclosures and presentation requirements.​
• Solid grounding in accounting principles and practical taxation exposure to support audit procedures and compliance linkages.​
• Experience with audit of listed companies, including regulatory expectations and documentation rigor.​
