Chartered Accountant

1. Financial Management & Reporting

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records
• Prepare monthly MIS, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statements
• Monitor company cash flow and working capital
• Develop financial budgets and forecasts
• Conduct margin and cost analysis

2. Compliance & RegulatoryEnsure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, and other regulations

• Manage ROC filings and statutory compliance
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other returns
• Maintain statutory records and documentation
• Coordinate with external auditors and consultants

3. Tax Planning & Optimization

• Develop tax planning strategies
• Optimize GST and tax structure
• Ensure tax efficiency across operations

• 4. Business Structuring & Advisory
• Advise management on financial structuring and business expansion
• Support investment structuring and fundraising
• Manage shareholding structure and cap table
• Assist in mergers and share swap transactions
• Ensure compliance for international transactions

• 5. Audit & Internal Controls
• Manage internal audit
• Implement financial controls and SOPs
• Identify and mitigate financial risks
• Ensure compliance with internal policies

• 6. Banking & Financial RelationshipsManage banking relationships
• Oversee credit facilities and working capital
• Assist with loan documentation and negotiations
