​Brew & Order, a new and exciting cafe in Janakpuri, is looking for a creative and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen! If you are passionate about delicious food and want to create a fantastic menu, we want to hear from you.

​Key Responsibilities:

• ​Menu Development: Design and prepare a modern cafe menu including sandwiches, pastas, salads, appetizers, and beverages.
• ​Food Preparation: Take charge of all cooking and food preparation, ensuring high standards of taste and quality.
• ​Kitchen Management: Manage all kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering supplies, and stock control.
• ​Quality & Hygiene: Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards (FSSAI guidelines) in the kitchen at all times.
• ​Cost Control: Manage food costs effectively and minimize wastage.
• ​Team Leadership: Train and supervise junior kitchen staff as our team grows.

​Requirements:

• ​Proven experience as a Head Chef or a similar role, preferably in a cafe environment.
• ​Strong knowledge of Continental, Italian, and popular cafe cuisines.
• ​Creative flair and a passion for presenting food beautifully.
• ​Ability to work independently and manage a kitchen efficiently.
• ​Must be located in or able to commute to Janakpuri easily.
