Chef

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook fast food items including smash burgers, shawarma, momos, fries, and basic Indo-Chinese dishes (fried rice, noodles, gravies). Maintain food quality, taste, and consistency. Handle daily kitchen prep such as cutting, marination, and sauce preparation. Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and proper food safety standards. Manage orders efficiently and maintain speed during peak hours.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in a fast food/QSR/cloud kitchen setup. Basic knowledge of burgers and Indo-Chinese cuisine. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure. Must be disciplined, clean, and a team player. Immediate joiners preferred.
