Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Momo Chef who can prepare high-quality, tasty momos consistently. The candidate should have good hands-on experience in making different types of momos and maintaining hygiene and taste standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare veg and non-veg momos (steamed, fried, tandoori, etc.)
• Prepare fillings, dough, and sauces as per taste standards
• Ensure consistency in taste, shape, and quality
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety norms
• Manage raw materials and minimize wastage
• Work efficiently during peak hours

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a momo chef or similar role
• Good knowledge of momo preparation and techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety
• Team player with a positive attitude
