Chinese Chef

Job Summary:

We need highly experienced Chinese Food Chef who is also an expert in preparing Momos( steamed, fried and Tandoori).

we require a chef who can also be supervisor of the team. Right now we have 2 chefs.

we have a food cart near E1 Vasant Kunj.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes.

Expertly prepare different types of Momos – steamed, fried, and tandoori.

Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet food standards.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.

Manage inventory and kitchen supplies.

Work with the team to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.

Requirements:

Chinese Food And Momo Expert Chef 

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good knowledge of ingredients, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment.

Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
