Job Title: Indian Tandoor Chef

Location: Delhi Cantt, Delhi

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Experience: Fresher & Experienced both can apply

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Indian Tandoor Chef to join our kitchen team in Delhi Cantt. The candidate should have knowledge of preparing authentic North Indian tandoor dishes and maintaining hygiene standards. Freshers with basic knowledge and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook tandoor items such as roti, naan, kulcha, paratha, and tandoori starters.
• Marinate meats and vegetables as per restaurant recipes.
• Operate and maintain the tandoor oven safely and efficiently.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards are maintained.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
• Follow instructions from the Head Chef / Kitchen Manager.
• Manage stock and inform management about inventory requirements.
• Requirements:Basic knowledge of Indian tandoor cooking techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.
• Freshers with culinary training or experienced candidates preferred.
