Hamare restaurant ke liye ek experienced aur skilled Main Chef ki zarurat hai jo Continental aur Chinese cuisine mein expert ho. Chef ko poore kitchen ko manage karna hoga, staff ko lead karna hoga, aur hygiene & quality maintain karni hogi. Candidate ko multitasking aur time management achhi honi chahiye.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Continental aur Chinese dishes ka preparation aur presentation karna
• Kitchen staff (commis, helpers, etc.) ko manage aur train karna
• Kitchen ka daily operations handle karna — inventory, cleanliness, timing
• High standards of food quality, taste aur hygiene ensure karna
• Menu planning aur naye dishes suggest karna
• Ingredients ka stock maintain karna aur procurement needs batana
• Health & Safety norms follow karna
• Orders ke hisaab se kaam speed aur accuracy ke saath complete karna
• Requirements:
• 5+ saal ka experience in Continental & Chinese cooking
• Kitchen team ko lead karne ka anubhav hona chahiye
• Time management aur multitasking skills honi chahiye
• Food hygiene aur cleanliness ka dhyaan rakhna
• Hardworking, punctual, aur reliable vyakti hona chahiye
