Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chinese Chef to prepare high-quality Chinese and Indo-Chinese dishes while maintaining excellent taste, presentation, and hygiene standards. The chef will be responsible for managing the Chinese kitchen section and ensuring customer satisfaction through consistent food quality.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook authentic Chinese / Indo-Chinese dishes

Ensure food quality, taste consistency, and proper presentation

Plan menus and suggest new dishes as required

Manage daily operations of the Chinese kitchen section

Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards

Monitor inventory, stock levels, and ingredient freshness

Minimize food wastage and control kitchen costs

Coordinate with kitchen staff and management

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chinese Chef

Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, sauces, and ingredients

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards

Good time management and teamwork skills
