Kitchen management:

Staff supervision: Hire, train, and supervise kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and resolve any work-related issues.

Inventory and ordering: Monitor stock levels, inspect deliveries for freshness, and place orders for necessary ingredients, supplies, and equipment.

Cost control: Manage food costs and budgets to minimize waste and maximize profitability.

Safety and sanitation: Ensure the kitchen adheres to all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
