Key Responsibilities

• Visit residential, commercial, and industrial properties for inspection.
• Take site measurements, photographs, and condition notes.
• Coordinate with the internal valuation team to gather data.
• Prepare valuation reports in Excel/Google Sheets based on templates.
• Assist in documentation and submission of reports as per government formats.
• Ensure timely and professional communication with clients, if required.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 0–10 years (Freshers welcome if willing to learn fast).
• Basic understanding of property valuation is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Comfortable traveling for property visits.
• Good observation, documentation, and report-writing skills.
• Must have a smartphone with a camera.
• Bonus if you have a two-wheeler for faster site visits (travel allowance will be provided).

Work Hours

• Monday to Saturday
• Full-time, in-office (Field + Desk)
