Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with strong expertise in construction and maintenance work. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling site execution, supervision, and effective cost control.

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Experience Required: 3–6 Years

Working Days: 6 Days working

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction activities at construction site as per approved drawings and specifications
• Manage maintenance works including repair, renovation, and site upkeep
• Prepare and manage project estimates, BOQs, and expense tracking
• Monitor material consumption and labor expenses to control costs
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site staff for smooth execution
• Ensure projects are completed within approved budget, timeline, and quality standards
• Maintain site records, progress reports, and billing documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety norms and company standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Proven experience in construction and maintenance projects
• Sound knowledge of cost estimation and expense management
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Strong communication and site management skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD (preferred)
