Job Description

Monitor diversified aspects of construction project management. This will include planning, coordination and supervision of on-site activities. You will ensure all aspects of the project align with engineering and design specifications, industry standards and construction regulations.

Key Responsibilities

·        Supervise and execute finishing works such as masonry. Plastering, tiling, painting, false ceilings, joinery and faade treatments.

·     Oversee interior fit-out works including partitions, flooring, ceiling systems and MEP coordination.

·        Interpret architectural and interior drawings, specifications and BOQs.

·        Ensure quality control and adherence to design intent and material specifications.

·        Coordinate with contractors, vendors and consultants for timely for timely execution.

·        Prepare and maintain snag lists and ensure timely closure.

·        Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.

·        Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Skills

·        Strong knowledge of civil and interior finishing techniques and materials.

·        Proficiency in AutoCad, MS Project and Project Management tools.

·        Familiarity with architectural detailing and interior design coordination.

·        Excellent communication and team management skills.

·        Ability to resolve site-level technical and coordination issues.
