Job Description:

MSanvi Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead and supervise construction projects with precision and quality. The ideal candidate will oversee site operations, ensure compliance with safety and design standards, and coordinate effectively with all teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise construction activities across projects
• Ensure adherence to design, quality, and safety standards
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Monitor project progress, maintain site reports, and manage documentation
• Optimize use of construction materials and resources
• Identify and resolve technical challenges on-site
• Ensure timely completion of projects within deadlines

Requirements:

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in construction or relevant industry (considered other any industry also)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management, and site supervision
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
