Job Description

Job Title- Sales Advisor / Client Advisor

Location- New Delhi (On-site role)

Please apply only if daily commute to the office is manageable.


Role Overview -


We are looking for confident, articulate, and performance-driven Advisors who can engage with qualified leads, understand client needs, and close consultative sales.

This is not a support or backend role.

This role is suitable for individuals who believe that income growth should be driven by capability and performance, not just tenure.

People who do well in this role are:

  • Comfortable speaking with decision-makers
  • Able to explain premium products clearly and confidently
  • Willing to take ownership of conversations and closures


Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound and qualified leads shared by the company
  • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Conduct structured sales conversations (mostly telephonic / virtual)
  • Address client objections and close sales independently
  • Maintain basic follow-up records and pipeline status
  • Work closely with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients


Compensation Structure


Initial Phase (Training & Co-Closing):

  • Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 per month
  • Incentive: ₹10,000 per successful sale
  • Senior team members will co-close initial deals


Post-Independence (After capability is demonstrated):

  • Fixed Salary increases to ₹35,000 per month
  • Incentive increases to ₹15,000 per successful sale for 1-2 units sold per month
  • Beyond 3 units, the incentive increases to ₹20,000 for ALL units sold in that month


There is no cap on incentives.

Growth is performance-linked and transparent.


Candidate Profile


Required:

  • 5–10 years of experience in sales, advisory, relationship management, or consultative roles
  • Good spoken English and Hindi
  • Ability to build trust over calls
  • Goal-oriented and self-driven


Preferred Backgrounds:

  • Education / Admissions Counselling
  • Financial Products / Insurance / Banking
  • Real Estate / Automobile / Premium Retail Sales
  • Wellness, Healthcare, or Luxury Hospitality led Sales


Not Suitable For

  • Pure backend / operations profiles
  • Candidates seeking fixed-only roles & Individuals uncomfortable with performance-linked pay
  • People with weak English speaking skills
  • People looking for work-from-home roles
