Job Description: Client Coordinator – Office Sales Executive (Real Estate)
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Coordinator to join our real estate team as an Office Sales Executive. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate new leads, qualify prospective clients, and support the successful closure of real estate transactions through phone-based communication and in-office coordination.
This position is ideal for an individual with excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and a passion for the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Management
- Initiate outbound calls (cold and warm) to potential buyers, sellers, investors, and landlords from provided databases and proprietary lead sources.
- Follow up promptly on all inbound inquiries generated through marketing channels such as online listings, website inquiries, referrals, and advertising campaigns.
- Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate records of communications, client status, and transaction progress.
Sales & Client Consulting
- Qualify prospective clients by assessing their needs, budget, preferred locations, property type, and timeline.
- Present suitable properties or real estate services professionally, highlighting key features and value propositions aligned with client requirements.
- Schedule property viewings, consultations, or meetings with field agents and manage appointment logistics.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients during the initial stages of the transaction process, ensuring a smooth handover to sales agents when required.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience:
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, customer service, or a performance-driven sales environment required.
- Prior experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or property management is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with strong communication skills, confidence in handling phone-based conversations, and a keen interest in building a career in real estate are encouraged to apply.
- Internship or training experience in sales, customer service, or real estate will be considered an advantage.
Skill:
- Good verbal communication and active listening skills with a professional phone manner.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple client interactions and maintain a high level of productivity.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
