Job Description

We are hiring a versatile Social Media Lead Generation, Sales & Client Handling Specialist to prospect leads on social media platforms, pitch and close our content creation packages, and manage client relationships post-sale. This role combines outbound lead generation, sales closing, and account management to ensure both revenue growth and high client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is socially savvy, persuasive, and excels at building long-term relationships.


Key Roles and Responsibilities


  • Lead Prospecting and Research: Proactively search and identify potential clients on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and relevant communities. Use advanced search tools, hashtags, groups, and keywords to target businesses, influencers, and brands needing content creation services.
  • Outreach and Engagement: Initiate personalized conversations via DMs, comments, and shares. Build rapport by offering value (e.g., content tips, industry insights) to nurture leads.
  • Pitching and Sales Closing: Present our content creation package plans (basic, premium, enterprise tiers covering video production, graphics, social media calendars, etc.). Tailor pitches to prospect needs, handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Client Onboarding and Handling: After closing, onboard new clients smoothly—gather requirements, explain processes, coordinate with the content team, and ensure timely delivery of initial projects.
  • Ongoing Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Handle inquiries, feedback, upsell opportunities, renewal discussions, and resolve issues to maintain high retention and satisfaction. Conduct regular check-ins and gather testimonials/case studies.
  • Follow-Up and Nurturing: Track all leads and clients in a CRM; follow up persistently on warm leads and existing clients for repeat business or referrals.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Log leads, interactions, sales, and client metrics in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Monitor key metrics (lead volume, conversion rates, revenue, client retention, upsell success) and provide weekly/monthly reports.
  • Market Research and Strategy: Stay updated on social media trends, competitor offerings, and content industry developments. Recommend improvements to outreach, packages, and client retention strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the content creation and delivery team to align on client needs, timelines, and feedback.
