About the Role

Maid In India is a fast-growing on-demand home staffing service in Delhi. We are looking for a confident, target-driven Client Relationship Executive who can convert incoming leads into paying clients and coordinate worker placements end to end.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with leads generated from Meta Ads, our website, and mobile app
• Explain our services clearly and convince clients to register — handle all objections confidently
• Collect registration fees via UPI or cash and maintain payment records
• Search our internal database and portals to find and shortlist the right maid, cook, or helper for each client
• Coordinate between client and worker — schedule interviews, confirm placements
• Follow up with clients post-placement to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain daily lead tracker and share EOD report with the founder

Who We're Looking For

• Excellent Hindi communication — confident, warm, and persuasive on calls
• Strong convincing and objection-handling skills
• High energy — can handle 20–30 calls a day without losing enthusiasm
• Organised — never misses a follow-up
• Basic smartphone and Google Sheets proficiency
• 1–2 years in telecalling, telesales, BPO, or staffing preferred
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply

Salary

Fixed: ₹16,000 – ₹23,000/month Incentives: Up to ₹12,000/month Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹35,000/month
