*Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive*

*Job Summary:*
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting sales growth through effective communication and service excellence.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new needs.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, support) to ensure timely service delivery.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services.
Meet customer retention and satisfaction targets.
Prepare reports on customer feedback and service performance.
*Required Skills & Qualifications:*
0–2 years of experience in customer service, relationship management, or sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
