Job Description

We are looking for a high-energy, proactive Client Relationship Manager to act as the strategic right hand to our Sales Head. In this role, you won't just manage data—you will own the sales backend, convert incoming leads into loyal customers, and ensure every client interaction (via Call or WhatsApp) is handled with speed and precision. The ideal candidate is a CRM expert who understands how to turn a query into a sale.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Conversion & Growth: Actively follow up on warm leads to convert them into active sales; identify upselling opportunities during client interactions.


Sales Head Support: Manage the backend operations for the Sales Head, ensuring all administrative hurdles are cleared so the team can focus on closing deals.


Rapid Response Management: Be the "first responder" to client inquiries via Calls and WhatsApp, ensuring a gold-standard response time and high-quality resolution.


Strategic CRM Ownership: Utilize CRM tools to track lead lifecycles, automate follow-ups, and ensure no potential client falls through the cracks.


Client Solutioning: Deeply understand client requirements and provide tailored product/service solutions that address their specific pain points.


Process Improvisation: Continuously suggest and implement ways to streamline the sales funnel and improve the customer journey.


Data Reporting: Use Google Sheets and Excel to generate "actionable" reports that highlight sales trends, lead conversion rates, and client satisfaction levels.


Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3 years in a Sales-focused CRM or Client Relationship role.


Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with a particular knack for persuasive communication over WhatsApp and Phone.


Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of CRM workflows, Google Sheets (formulas/pivot tables), and Microsoft Office.


Sales Mindset: A natural ability to understand customer psychology and "nudge" a lead toward a purchase.


  • Multitasking: Proven ability to handle high volumes of messages and calls while maintaining accuracy in backend documentation.
