Job Description
Job Requirements:
- Age: 18 to 40 years
- Experience: Fresher or Experienced candidates can apply
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate
- Languages: English, Hindi (knowledge of other regional languages is a plus)
- Basic Computer Skills: MS Office, Email, Internet browsing
Job Responsibilities:
- Guide and consult clients on suitable visa options and requirements.
- Collect client documents such as passport, photos, and other visa-related paperwork.
- Handle payments and maintain proper records of transactions.
- Prepare and submit visa applications accurately and on time.
- Track visa application status and update clients regularly.
- Coordinate for flight booking and travel assistance if required.
- Maintain proper data entry and follow up with clients until visa approval.
- Deliver professional and polite customer service at all times.
