Job Description
This role goes beyond traditional administrative support it demands someone who can manage high-value client relationships, coordinate corporate communications, and ensure smooth, professional interactions at every touchpoint.
You will act as a critical extension of the Founder, managing timelines, organizing client communications, and ensuring seamless execution of both internal and external priorities
- ResponsibilitiesClient Management & Communication:
- Serve as the first point of contact for high-value clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and send professional communication on behalf of the Founder.
- Coordinate client meetings, follow-ups, and feedback loops.
- Maintain a CRM or structured tracking of client conversations, tasks, and deliverables.
- Corporate Communication:
- Draft, proofread, and manage formal communication, including emails, proposals, memos, and updates.
- Assist with preparation for corporate meetings, conferences, and speaking engagements.
- Support brand messaging and ensure alignment in all external correspondence.
- Timeline and Task Management:
- Manage the Founder’s Calendar
