Job Description

This role goes beyond traditional administrative support it demands someone who can manage high-value client relationships, coordinate corporate communications, and ensure smooth, professional interactions at every touchpoint.

You will act as a critical extension of the Founder, managing timelines, organizing client communications, and ensuring seamless execution of both internal and external priorities


  • ResponsibilitiesClient Management & Communication:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for high-value clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Draft, review, and send professional communication on behalf of the Founder.
  • Coordinate client meetings, follow-ups, and feedback loops.
  • Maintain a CRM or structured tracking of client conversations, tasks, and deliverables.


  • Corporate Communication:
  • Draft, proofread, and manage formal communication, including emails, proposals, memos, and updates.
  • Assist with preparation for corporate meetings, conferences, and speaking engagements.
  • Support brand messaging and ensure alignment in all external correspondence.


  • Timeline and Task Management:
  • Manage the Founder’s Calendar
