The role focuses on delivering a high-end client experience in the luxury marble segment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and key clients

Meet clients regularly to understand their requirements and offer suitable marble solutions

Handle client queries and ensure timely follow-ups

Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth execution of orders

Generate repeat business and referrals through strong relationship management

Maintain client database and track interactions

Requirements:

Female candidate with a presentable personality and good grooming

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in client handling, sales, or relationship management preferred

Knowledge of marble, tiles, or construction industry is an advantage

Confidence in dealing with high-end clients
