Job Description
- Counsel walk-in and online clients about available dermatology, hair, and laser treatments.
- Understand client concerns and recommend appropriate solutions in consultation with doctors.
- Maintain client records and ensure a smooth pre- and post-treatment experience.
- Convert inquiries into appointments and appointments into treatments (conversion counselling).
- Follow up with leads and maintain a daily tracking sheet.
- Coordinate between clients and the clinical team for seamless operations.
- Ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
