Job Description
- Operate and monitor CNC machines
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints prepared in AutoCAD.
- Prepare and modify CNC programs based on design requirements.
- Set up machines including tooling, fixtures, and raw materials.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality of finished products.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Maintain production records and report daily output.
- Ensure proper utilization of raw materials to minimize wastage.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness in the work area.
- Coordinate with design and production teams for any drawing clarifications.
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification will be preferred.
