Job Title: Collection Associate

We are hiring Collection Associates for our soft collection process. The role involves following up with customers for overdue payments, resolving queries, and ensuring timely collections. Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months’ experience in collections (BPO/NBFC/Fintech preferred).
