Collection Associate

Role and Responsibility:-

Calling customers to collections EMI of personal loan taken through app

Making outbound calls with the Aim to collect any overdue loan payments as per loan agreement & client’s obligations.

Should have good experience into collection-(IF EXPERIENCE)

Have a strong communication, coordination skill with optimistic and proactive personality;

Be able to work under pressure with strong teamwork spirit

Proficient in Hindi

Basic Knowledge Of Computer
