Job Description
- Outbound Calling & Debt Recovery: Contacting borrowers to inform them of overdue loans and requesting immediate payment.
- Negotiation & Problem Solving: Discussing payment plans and settlements with borrowers based on their financial capability and company policy.
- Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintaining accurate, detailed, and up-to-date records of all interactions and payment promises in the software.
- Compliance Adherence: Ensuring all interactions adhere strictly to legal requirements and regulatory guidelines.
- Escalation: Identifying and escalating difficult, high-risk, or long-delinquent cases to senior management or the legal department.
- Follow-Up: Consistently following up on broken promises or missed installment dates.
