Job Description

  • Payment Collection: Proactively visiting customer locations to collect cash or cheque payments for outstanding loans, credit cards, or invoices.
  • Negotiation: Negotiating payment plans, schedules, and settlements with customers to bring accounts current.
  • Record Maintenance: Accurately maintaining electronic records and hard copies of payment plans, amounts paid, and all communications.
  • Delinquency Management: Reviewing debtor lists to identify accounts with overdue payments and sending reminders or notices.
  • Customer Communication: Answering queries, handling complaints, and educating customers about their financial obligations.
