- Make outbound calls to customers with overdue payments.
- Remind customers about pending dues and encourage timely payment.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements.
- Update call logs and payment status in the system.
- Achieve daily/weekly collection targets.
- Escalate difficult cases to seniors.
