Job Summary:

The Collection Executive will be responsible for recovering overdue payments from customers, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining a healthy portfolio. The role involves field and tele-calling activities, negotiating with customers, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers via phone, email, or field visits to follow up on overdue payments.

• Persuade and negotiate with customers to make timely payments.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and payment statuses.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and update repayment data.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly collection targets.

• Handle early delinquency accounts to prevent rollovers.

• Ensure compliance with RBI and company guidelines while interacting with customers.

• Prepare daily and weekly reports on collections and outstanding accounts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in loan collections (preferably in NBFC, microfinance, or fintech).

• Knowledge of:

o Collection processes and regulatory norms.

o Short-term personal loan products.

o Basic computer and MS Excel skills.

• Skills:

o Good communication and negotiation skills.

o Customer handling and persuasion skills.

o Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
