🔹 Job Description:ARS Business Solution is hiring Telecallers for Loan & Car Recovery. The role includes calling customers with overdue EMIs, reminding them of payments, guiding them on due amounts, and coordinating recovery procedures.

• 🔹 Required Skills:Experience in loan recovery / collection calling (preferred)
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to handle payment-related conversations
• Basic computer handling
• Patience and customer management skills
• 🔹 Responsibilities:Make calls to customers with pending EMIs
• Explain due amounts and payment deadlines
• Maintain recovery records and follow-up details
• Coordinate with the field recovery team if needed
• Work to achieve daily/weekly recovery targets
• Maintain professional communication with customers
