Job Description – Collection ExecutiveJob Title: Collection Executive

Location: 509, 5th Floor, Vishal Tower, District Centre, Janakpuri, New Delhi

Reporting To: Team Leader / Collection Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:Contact customers via outbound calls to collect outstanding payments.

Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery.

Explain payment terms, due dates, and available payment options clearly.

Handle customer queries and objections in a professional manner.

Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and payment commitments.

Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.

Coordinate with the team leader regarding difficult or escalated cases.

Ensure compliance with company policies and collection guidelines.

Skills & Requirements:Good communication skills (Hindi/English preferred).

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

Confident, polite, and customer-focused attitude.

Experience in collections/BPO preferred (freshers can also apply).

Working Days & Timings:6 days working

Fixed shift (as per company policy)
