Collection Executive / Officer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible Collection Executive to manage overdue accounts, follow up with customers for payments, and ensure timely recovery while maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers for overdue payments via calls, emails, and visits
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding dues
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payments
• Negotiate payment plans with customers when required
• Coordinate with internal teams for dispute resolution
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly collection targets

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 0–2 years of experience in collections/recovery (preferred)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
