Job Description:We are looking for a responsible and result-oriented Collection Executive to follow up with customers for timely recovery of outstanding payments. The role requires professional communication, strong follow-up skills, and adherence to company policies.

• Key Responsibilities:Follow up with customers via calls regarding pending payments
• Explain outstanding amounts, due dates, and repayment options
• Ensure timely collection of dues as per assigned targets
• Maintain accurate records of follow-ups and collections
• Resolve customer queries related to payments and accounts
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth collection processes
• Follow company guidelines and compliance norms
• Eligibility & Requirements:Experience in collections, recovery, or telecalling preferred
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English
