Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesContact customers via calls, messages, and emails to recover overdue payments.
- Follow up on delinquent accounts as per the assigned bucket strategy.
- Negotiate repayment plans and settlements within approved guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the system/CRM.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory norms during collections.
- Escalate complex or high-risk cases to the Collection Manager.
- Achieve assigned monthly recovery targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide resolution in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Credit, Operations, Customer Support) when required.
