Job Title: Collection Team Leader

Location: Janakpuri West, New Delhi

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 (Fixed) + Incentives (Up to ₹10,000)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Collection Team Leader to efficiently manage and recover outstanding debts while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities for achieving collection targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contact individuals with overdue payments and outstanding debts.
2. Negotiate on repayment terms and settlement plans.
3. Maintain accurate records of all communications and payment arrangements.
4. Provide financial guidance and convince customers to clear their outstanding payments.
5. Coordinate with bankers and legal authorities to resolve disputes.
6. Meet and exceeding the recovery targets while ensuring compliance with debt collection laws and ethical recovery practices.

Skills & Qualifications

Education: Minimum 12th Pass or above.

Experience: Prior experience in debt recovery and collection role/industry

Skills:

1. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
2. Ability to handle difficult conversations and resolve disputes.
3. Good understanding of debt recovery and collection techniques.
4. Basic computer knowledge of MS Excel
5. Fluency in Hindi and English preferred.
