📍 Location: Laxmi Nagar & Rajendra Place, Delhi

🕒 Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Mon–Sat)

💼 Job Summary:

Team ko manage, guide aur motivate karna to achieve collection & recovery targets while ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Collection agents ki team ko lead aur manage karna

• Daily targets, call volume & recovery performance track karna

• Escalated cases aur customer issues handle karna

• Team training, coaching & performance reviews conduct karna

• Collection strategies implement karna to improve recovery

• Compliance aur company policies follow karwana

• Reports prepare karke management ko share karna

📋 Requirements:

• Graduation (preferred)

• 0.6 years collections experience

• Good leadership & communication skills

• CRM / collection tools ka knowledge
