Collections Executive

We are looking for a Collection Executive with prior experience in any NBFC or bank to handle follow-ups for customers in the 1 to 30 Days Past Due (DPD) bucket. The ideal candidate should have:

1. Experience in collections for short-term/personal loans.
2. Excellent communication skills for phone-based follow-ups.
3. Ability to persuade customers and resolve queries professionally.
4. Basic understanding of DPD terminology and collection strategy.
5. Capability to update and maintain collection records systematically.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make daily follow-up calls to overdue customers (1–30 DPD).
2. Ensure timely recovery and reduce roll-forward cases.
3. Provide clear and correct repayment information.
4. Escalate difficult cases to the team lead when needed.
5. Coordinate with the pre-collection/field team where necessary.

Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
