Collections Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a Collection Executive with prior experience in NBFCs or banks. The candidate will be responsible for managing follow-ups between 1 to 30 DPD (Days Past Due).

Key Responsibilities:

Make proactive calls to customers for payment reminders (1–30 DPD bucket)

Explain repayment schedules and resolve queries professionally

Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain call logs

Coordinate with collection & accounts team for updates

Requirements:

Experience in pre-collections with any NBFC/bank

Strong communication and negotiation skills over the phone

Ability to handle pressure and meet daily targets

Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
