Collections Executive

Job Description:We are hiring a Collection Executive for our Delhi (Lajpat Nagar) location. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer follow-ups and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.

• Key Responsibilities:Follow up with customers for pending payments (calls/field visits as applicable)
• Maintain records of collections and update daily reports
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding payment status
• Resolve customer queries related to outstanding dues
• Achieve monthly collection targets
• Requirements:Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Good communication skills (Hindi required)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Prior experience in collections/tele-calling will be an added advantage
