Job Description
Location: Saket (New Delhi)
Salary: Rs.15,000 – Rs.17,000 per month (AI PF & ESIC) + food
Experience: minimum 3 years (preferably from restaurants)
Job Role:
Prepare authentic Indian and tandoor dishes as per recipes
Operate tandoor oven, handle breads and kebabs with expertise
Ensure high standards of hygiene and food presentation
Assist chefs with mise-en-place and kitchen operations
Maintain inventory of raw materials and reduce wastage
Key Skills:
Specialization in Indian & Tandoor cuisine
Tandoor operations, marination, grilling techniques
Speed and precision in food prep
