Salary: Rs.15,000 – Rs.17,000 per month (AI PF & ESIC) + food

Experience: minimum 3 years (preferably from restaurants)

Job Role:

 Prepare authentic Indian and tandoor dishes as per recipes

 Operate tandoor oven, handle breads and kebabs with expertise

 Ensure high standards of hygiene and food presentation

 Assist chefs with mise-en-place and kitchen operations

 Maintain inventory of raw materials and reduce wastage

Key Skills:

 Specialization in Indian & Tandoor cuisine

 Tandoor operations, marination, grilling techniques

 Speed and precision in food prep

 Basic kitchen documentation knowledge

 Hygiene, grooming, and teamwork
